AMERICA 250 BUNDLE

In honor of the United States' 250th birthday, we're partnering with Simon & Schuster to give away 100 middle grade Revolutionary War-themed book bundles! Each bundle will include Rebellion 1776 by Laurie Halse Anderson and Sophia's War by Avi. In Rebellion 1776, thirteen-year-old Elsbeth Culpepper's father goes missing during the Siege of Boston. Having no other living relatives, she must find employment amidst the war and small pox epidemic to avoid being sent to an orphanage. In Sophia's War, Sophia Calderwood witnesses the execution of Nathan Hale in New York City, which is recently occupied by the British army. Sophia is horrified by the event and resolves to do all she can to help the American cause, including espionage. Packed full of history, action, and adventure, these stories are recommended for readers ages 8 to 14.
  The entry period runs through June 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CT. 100 winners will be randomly selected by Little Free Library staff and notified by email. Limit one (1) entry per person.
